hey,
my back workout will consist of 2 days a week. one day will be just hyperextensions and deadlifts. the other day will be more compound exercises for the back amd isolations for the traps, as follows:
day 1:
bent over rows
pull ups
pull downs
various rows
barbell shrug (for traps)
Smith Machine Upright Row (for traps)
day 4:
Weighted Ball Hyperextension
Deadlifts
the goal here is to add mass (as much muscle as possible)
I was thinking something like:
reps for each exercise (set):
10 light reps
8 heavy reps
6 heavier reps
4-6 reps to failure
... a total of 10 sets in day 1, and 8 sets day 4
what do you think?
thanks
