    Looking for New Split suggestions.

    So my current Split is:
    Monday: Legs/Abs
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Back/Abs
    Thursday: Off/Cardio
    Friday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs
    Saturday: Arms
    Sunday: Off

I'm open for any suggestion, just make sure There's no back-to-back rest days...I don't like to be out of the gym for more than one day.

Could you give me an example of a 5-day split?

Yours doesn't look bad thou, but I like 5 days in the gym.

What you have looks fine, I would keep it as is. What are you seeking to gain by changing it?

you should be less worried about changing splits as opposed to exercises/rep ranges which are mor eimportant.. i switch up routines strictly out of boredom.. or if i want to hit some muscles 2x weekly
