    Normal with Leg workouts?

I do some very heavy workouts for my legs, and mainly do 6-8 rep ranges, compared to 4 for my upper body. Although I end up hitting my legs so hard that I have a hard time walking for the nexdt 2 days, is this normal? Am I working them too hard, or is that what working out hard is and will build great muscle? Because my legs are pretty large...

If you want them to grow . Depends on your goals . Sounds like a good workout IMO .

Just remember, you can't keep going that heavy, and keep using that low rep range forever, or else you will plateau. If that is what makes your legs grow, then do that rep range for 3-4 weeks, and then throw in a lightweight high-rep workout. For me, high reps make my legs grow the best, so once a month, I throw in a real heavy leg workout with low reps, just to shock them.

Like stated above sounds like you are doing it right but back off the volume for a week after 3-4 of heavy training. This is called a deload! You can increase reps as well.
