Ive read a lot about working each muscle group once per week. I usually hit them 2x per week, but Im switching to 1x per week.
Im not the strongest guy by any means.
Should I focus on pushing the heaviest weight possible with low reps, or should I go with higher reps with 60-70% of the weight.
I want to add muscle right away, and Im hoping that my "spare tire" will start disapearing when the muscle starts coming on.

Im currently on androgel because my test level is a 328. Going to shots soon.
Also, Ive completely stopped beer, fast foods, and other crap completely.
Eating 5-6 meals per day using a "rough" 40-40-20 type of diet.
