some people probably read my previous thread in tha anabolic forums and are aware im running a cycle
for those who dont
4 weeks dbol , 30mg daily
12 week test ethanats, 500mg weekly
age:25
bodyweight:88 kilograms
bf:12% at most

if u wanna know more just look under my thread in the anabolic steroid forum section

this is my current workout while on AS

my workout split
day 1: back/ biceps/forearms/traps
2 sets lat pull down
2 sets of dumbell or upright rows
1 or 2 sets of deadlift
2 sets of shrugs
2 sets of lower back raises
3 sets of different types of biceps curls (will focus on hammer and barbell curls)
2 sets wrist curls

REST day

days 2 legs/ calves
3 sets of 45 degree leg press
2 sets squats
2 sets leg curls
2 sets calf raises

REST day

day 3 chest/shoulders/triceps
3 sets bench press
2 sets of dips
2 sets of dumbell shoulder press
1 set of barbell shoulders press
2 sets of bench dips
1 or 2 sets of tricep extensions (depending on how i feel)
2 sets of lateral raises (drop sets)

REST day
REPEAT

however sumtimes i have skipped sum rest days just because i feel great
ive been using this routine for awhile though however and now that im on AS id like to make a change
i was thinking of trying HST TRAINING

wats do u guys think of that kind of workout?
i like it in my opinion just becuase ive never been able to make good gains in size using 12 sets for chest in a workout
also this workout seems to have alot of scientific research to back it


dont give me the opinion everyone is different plzzzzzz i do know that
im just asking on ur personal opinion do u think its a good workout to try

obviously i will adjust it if i find im recovering faster then wat i thought i would
but i doubt that
