    The Chest V Or Line

HI guys, my chest isnt small and in a shirt my pecs are shaped well but i lack the line or the V as some call it, it gives the edge of the shape to both pecs..... what exercises should i be focusing on?

Are you talking about your upper inner chest? Inclines, incline flys or low cable cable crossovers are some that place more emphasis on the upper/inner chest.

Machine fly's, DB fly's, cable crossovers.

Hit upper chest a little more IMHO too.

The only way to actually get that "splinter" look your talking about is low bodyfat. With low body fat you will start to see the horizontal lines running across the chest from the actual muscle fibers themselves. But anything on an incline uses alittle more upper chest and will help bring it out.

    I agree..

Also, do crossovers while leaning way forward- upper torso parrallel to the ground so that it mimics a flat flye. Bring hand together at lower pec line for better chest contraction!
