I have been training reguraly in a gym, but have moved away now for the summer to work, and access to a gym is limited.

obviously you can perform a lot of the more common exercises on this, but since I am looking to bulk, and not used to a machine like this, I was wondering if you all could help me out and figure a way round my dilema. Obvioulsy i'd want to concentrate on 1 body part per session...Any 1 have any ideas/programmes I could look at for bulking with a machine like this?
