Hey guys I recovered about a month ago from a torn pec minor and a messed up rotator cuff and my recovery phase was around 5 months long..Ive lost a decent amount of size and ive been back for 4 weeks..I was on a cyclic keto diet prior to my injury and I was wondering whether or not I should bulk up again to put the size on or just stick to the cyclic diet..I'm hoping muscle memory will work in my favor.
