    so..ive been injured.. :(

    Hey guys I recovered about a month ago from a torn pec minor and a messed up rotator cuff and my recovery phase was around 5 months long..Ive lost a decent amount of size and ive been back for 4 weeks..I was on a cyclic keto diet prior to my injury and I was wondering whether or not I should bulk up again to put the size on or just stick to the cyclic diet..I'm hoping muscle memory will work in my favor.

    I would kind of do both! I would eat some higher calories and see how you do as far as gains go and if you need to adjust from there. that way you can make some gains but not get too "fat" while trying to gain size

    I would alternate high carb days with low carb days and replace carbs with fats on low carb days.

    How did you tear your pec?

    So cycling would be fine..that sounds good. I tore my pec on decline bench press. The bar came down at an akward angle which tore my pec and messed up my rotator cuff simultaneously. I also have another question..would it be fine if I did cardio about 2-3 times a week? It wouldn't hinder my gains from muscle memory, will it?
