Hey
How long should I be doing cardio for per day in order to really burn fat?
I dont just want to maintain (because im on a bulking cycle), I actually would like to shred my last bit of fat.
My idea, is to step it up to 45 minutes per day, walking on a steep incline on the treadmill.....is this the best way to shred fat?
I know theres a whole dibate about walking or sprinting, I am just unsure on which is best....
