    What do you guys think about this exercise

    Well this is what I have been follwing for the past two weeks.....my friend work out 6 days a week and hit all the muscles 3 time a week.....which do you think is better..I am not on any gear just trying to dial in my diet and protein....thanks guys

    sorry but i dont see the need of hitting any muscle 3x weekly

    Yeah..it just kinda seems like he is working harder than...prob because I am newer to working out but so is he..the workout he is on was given to him by a wrestling coach....So what do you think about the workout I put up..would you tweak it..or should I just leave it

    it doesnt look bad at all for a start.. for thighs i would also include hams and calves. i would do standard military press rather than behind the neck. and the rest actually looks good. good set ranges to start with.

    the body needs time to recover and hitting each muscle 3x weekly is no good, sorry coach. BB persepectives are alot different from the norm and sport routines. example-my football workout schedule was basically hang cleans, bench, deads, squats.

    OK great...thanks alot....So what ham exerices would you recommend..the calves are on day seven....so its ok to work them twice..

    It could work . I have seen lengthy rests when powerlifting .

    You will increase strength and size over your friend .

    Please keep us posted of progress . After 32 day or 4 repetitions of cycle .

    Yeah I will definitly keep you informed...I post his workout as well...his is monday and mine is eight...I got it off of this website

    great hamstring exercises i believe in order

    1-stiff leg deadlifts with slight knee bend to lessen the pressure on knees

    2-seated leg curls

    3-lying leg curls

    4-single leg curls
