    whats a good rep range?

    hi im new to the forum and im not to sure if this is the right spot for the post. any way im starting a cycle of sust 250 and adding in some prop and some hcg for a 10 week cycle. im going to do 500mg of sust 500 iu of hcg and 100mg prop each week. right now im 6'3'' 190 and i am doing a pure bulk. so the question is what should my rep ranges be? thanks in advance for the help

    If you are bulking your rep range should be 6 to 12 reps

    welcome, age? rep ranges should vary based on goals, plateuas.

    im 22. this is my second cycle, my first one i just kind of did my own thing but had really good results. how many sets and how many diffrent lifts per body part would u suggest?

    no offense but your quite young and should have this kind of information/sense of how your body reacts to certain training. BUT, this is my opinions and answers

    yea you have my cycle right. my past expeirence is 100mg prop eod for 6 weeks gained just over 20lbs from it

    i forgot. for the pct ill be taking adex, nolva, hcg throughout, and possibly clomid if i feel i need it

    No offense but you should this kind of stuff down to a T before you even consider starting cycling. These are very basic bodybuilding 101 questions. I am afraid to ask what your diet looks like.

    i know what my body responds to naturally to a T. the reason i am asking these questions is because i want to be able to take full advantage of my cycle. sorry for the confusion
