every bit of advice I've given you is the same, fix your diet. If you have fat on your chest, it has nothing to do with your chest routine, you need proper diet and cardio. I'm going to leave you for others, I give up.

yes you are, that is not an effective way of burning fat. you have no idea how long I've been doing this and how many people I've helped reach their goals, but you have to let go of your pre-conceived notions and open your mind. I'll step back now and let the others guide you.

i no u are stressing over a diet, and ino i should put more into it, i find it verry hard to stick to, so i just basically eat healthy. get the protine i need to mass up ect, what diet do i need to follow to lose the fat? should i change the way i work my chest aswell. at the min im trainig for mass, pressing 100kg , cant see that helping me lose anything off my chest.....i am not being ignorant i respect you no what your talking about but i find diets hard to follow, so i am looking for a mix if diet and training to lose it. would appreciate a reply to this msg biggi

you can burn fat by doing chest workouts... just such a small amount that you will not notice it. diet and cardio will make it fall right off

ill be the one to say it... if you find it "too hard" to stay consistent on a diet then dont complain and ask what to do when your given the answer of DIET
