On rest days can I do cardio fro like an hour at low intensity?
I respond very well to cardio and I don't do it pwo or on empty stomach as that eats my muscle every time. so can I do it on rest days?

Idk what my bf percentage is but I want to bring out my abs more. my bf is low but any fat I get goes to my midsection and kills the look of my abs. estimation bf is at or below 8%
I do cardio on my rest days 40mins low intensity empty stomach...
