    taking a week off

I am 27 years old 6.3 230 lbs 18%bf , I started dieting 3 months ago at 256lbs 24%bf , It was a strict diet and MAX OT workout routine without cardio , now I am very tired with joints and wrists pain because I am using heavy weights, I am thinking about taking 1 week off no workout with an increasse in calories and carbs for recovery then start again with diet cardio and workout, I am using an escalation strategy first diet and workout then add cardio , then add fat burners such as clen, what do you think about that ?

the MAX OT is a training routine , my diet is normal diet with 1 carb meal in the morning and glucose in my post workout shake and the rest is protein and healthy fats.
I dont want to use all my cards at once this way i am able to prevent my body from hitting a plateau, but when i will start cardio I will do HIIT its the best way to lose fat while keeping muscles and i will do it 8 hours before or after training and Clenbuterol will be my last card .
I dont care if it will will take time i am ready to diet for 1 year as long as a i keep my muscles, i like to do things slow and strict.

i dont think you need a fat burner... you havent done any cardio so of course your not going to have the desired results... are you familiar with cardio and what routine you should implement? 1 week off every 8 weeks or so is recommended IMO. but i dont think you need a fat burner.

also every 7-10 days you should drastically increase carbs, which in turn will increase the hormone leptin and will throw your metabolism off and start burning more fat-thats a god way to avoid plateuing.

i would walk also, if you are going do that type of cardio.

Also you have not done cardio with this diet plan, your bf% can get lower.

no need for fat burners yet or anything of that sort, utilise a good diet and see how your body responds.

You want to maximise results without taking anything and i am pretty sure you still have a lot more in you to lose naturally.

I think taking a wek off now and then is a good idea. I have no test until I go back to the doc next week so I am just getting my new training partner accostmed to working out for the next 10 days until I start my cycle
