    fat burn

    sorry about this i have been banging on about this for long enough now.
    i have my cardio and diet .......
    just wondering when i am training should (if effective) i instead of curling say my a heavy weight at 8 reps maybe, half the weight and say do 20reps, would that help get the toning in my arms ??

    Absolutely not. Your "tone" will come with fat loss. If your goal is definition, I would stick with an 8-12 rep range.

    okay, got it....was told by some one in my gym, dont no how true it is, but to bulk your best going straight into heavy to tear the muscle fibers, and he said, if he wants to tone cut up muscle he will go light and gradually get hevier
