side raises keeping elbows at a right angle same level as top of shoulder with db and cables

front raises with db and cables

not sure of name of this but you bend over a bit and squeeze weight to do back of the shoulders

    anorold press

cuban press which goes like a side raise but up over your head

thats all i can think of but just woundered if anybody else got any over ideas

change your sets and reps. Been doing presses to the front for years. They make me grow. Just gotta change things up sometimes.

I learned if I do dumbell and barbell in same workout I just dont grow. So only barbell now.

well i start with 5mins cross trainer every sessions then go onto weights

my shoulder workout concits of 2 warm up sets of db press very light only about 14kg then i start proper

    3sets of dumbel press press 30kg for 10 then 40kg for 8 then 50kg for 6

    3 sets of side raises 14kg for 10 then 16kg for 8 then 18kg for 6

3sets of front raises same routien but 2kg lighter on each set because i swing to much

3sets of them bent of and squeeze back of shoulders same rotiune but start with 16kg then 18kg and 20kg holding the squeeze

    then finsh off on traps

1 warm up sets about 20kg rep of 12

4sets of db shugs 30kg 40kg 44kg then 50kg trying to do 10reps of all

4sets on smith machine shugs 2 sets behind the back and 2sets in front sets of 10

    thats my routiune now

but i do switch it around dont always start in that order so weight verys because there no way i lift 50kg dumbell at end of session lol

i also pymide down in weight to

    Try
It's not a shoulder workout until you add in some M-presses.

I pyramid as well, and the smith machine with behind the neck (careful now) and in front presses do wonders for my shoulders. I didnt see it on there except for dumbells, but try the bar, switch it up...

If I miss-read my bad its late and Im ready to go home...

oh hell yeah Military press is awsome , you arent going to grow any shoulders without it and i like doing behind the neck press because it kind of hits rear delts and thats what i try to bring up more

well that sucks then because of i thought behind the neck would help me to bring up rear delts so i started doing them and i also started bringign rear delts a little.. i guess ive gotta find something else now

try reverse flys little more than 90 degree bend, seated alongside flat bench completely bent over flaring dumbells outward with pinkys out. that will target rear delts, also rowing movements
