I've been weight training for 3 years and was wondering how close am i to a genetic limit.
My stats:
AGE: 20
weight: 248
height: 6,3
body fat: i can see abbs, idk how to measure
Maxes :
bench: 300lbs
squat: 470lbs
clean: 370lbs
I'm wondering how strong my body can be naturally. i changed my diet similar to the one found here on this website

i just added a but more because i needed more cals and protein.
