    Genetic limit

    I've been weight training for 3 years and was wondering how close am i to a genetic limit.
    My stats:
    AGE: 20
    weight: 248
    height: 6,3
    body fat: i can see abbs, idk how to measure
    Maxes :
    bench: 300lbs
    squat: 470lbs
    clean: 370lbs
    I'm wondering how strong my body can be naturally. i changed my diet similar to the one found here on this website

    i just added a but more because i needed more cals and protein.
    my opinion i dont think im close yet, but let me know what you guys think, thanks!

    6'3 and 248 is not bad DEPENDING on your BodyFat %

    You should check at your gym to see if any trainers can measure it for you but don't do it with the electronic machines, they are not accurate for bodybuilders

    I would call around to gyms that have certified trainers....damn that is one of the basic things they should know how to do if they are putting people on diet,and workout programs..... If you have a family physician , you can try them, or the local Weight Watchers maybe.....not too sure. My first trainer always did mine

    I think that's a very "nice" estimate. There is some muscle under there for sure though. I think you may be a bit on the high end to get an accurate caliper test. Hydrostatic or BodPod are probably your best bet at this time.

    you should be able to do a lot more natty! not bad in the arms etc. but you really need to plug that chest. I can also tell it is lacking by your max of only 300# usually my squat and my bench are within 75-100# of each others max! Do some Negatives and get those pecs growing!! good work so far though!

    my chest has been the hardest to fill out, you think negative bench will help me out? ill take any more advice if you have any. thanks guys.

    I squat close to 700 raw....I wish my bench was that close!
