    Lat pull downs

When you guys are doing close grip lat pull downs, do you have your palms facing you? Is your grip shoulder width or closer in?

you can do them a bunch of ways.....you can use the handles to pull them down palms facing eachother....you can use a straight bar palms facing away from you or palms facing you......you can also do them with a rope palms facing eachother...

just make sure your pulling with the side of your hand that your pinkys on. Alot fo people tend to pull more towards the thumb which brings alot more bicep into the movement. This is why most guys have huge arms and no back.....your working your back.....not your arms....pull with your back.
