you mean biceps? I also have a much more vascular right arm then i do left arm....i would assume its genetics and also assume your right handed as i am which would explain the vein difference.
Yes, I'm right armed, but my left arm is more vascular. It would be nice to have a little vascularisation also on the right one.

vascularity is based on genetics really... how close your veins are to the skin
