    is almost everyday too much...?

What I mean is that if I am working a diff body/muscle part/group w/ say 2-3 days rest b4 i hit it again is there anything wrong with being in the gym....all the time?

Somedays might just be cardio....but most days...say 5 are weights and cardio....

so where does overtrainning begin and hardcore training end?

Also, I happen to be on a little cycle right now and of course all I want to do is workout....and I happen to have the time to do just that.

    Thanks

    Terry

when on cycle i always felt that if i do not work out it would be waste of cycle

yet experienced lifters-bodybuilders will always tell you to stick to a plan. every good body builder will always remind you that you only grow when resting
    now that being said

i work out ( go to the gym) every day, because it became an itch and almost a complex of feeling "the pump"

but i also know that i over train. not so smart

you should have at least one day completely off

and one day where you do cardio but not pushing your muscles to failure.(IMO)

People used to work 12-16hours a day 6 days a week. Now most people sit on their ass 40 hours a week and wander if going to gym for 10 hours a week matter. Probably not, as long as u get enough calories and sleep and at least one day off you'll be fine if your healthy and not over training.

I find me being an ectomorph, anything over 3 days I start to get sick, but I also have a high intense physical job. I burn about 3500 cal a work plus gym day, and 3000 cal a normal work day. Eveyone if different, you have to learn to listen to your body. Thats the bottom line on who continues to see results and who doesn't!
