Routine (8-10 reps)
3 sets incline curls
3 sets barbell
3 sets hammer
I'll switch it up every few weeks.
I get a pump (feels good) in every other muscle but with bi's its just PAINFUL. Does anybody else experience this? I feel like I need 5 minutes between barbell curls. It always happens. Its like a constant ache right after the set that carries on for several minutes. Do you just suffer through it? Any tips? I try stretching between sets but not much relief. I swear I only need 10 minutes per week for Bi's but its the most painful ten minutes.![]()
