    Cycle training - overtraining?

    Hey all,

    I'm on cycle now, just wondering what would be overtraining, training hard gets tempting on cycle, but I'm worried I'm training too hard.
    I'm training 5 days a week now, with each main body part on a separate day, is that too much? Should I maybe training every second day and split up the muscle groups, for example;

    Monday: Chest/tris
    Tuesday: Rest
    Wednesday: Legs/shoulders
    Thursday: Rest
    Friday: Back/biceps
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday; Rest

    or should I go with the full 5 days, something like this.

    Monday: Back
    Tuesday: Shoulders
    Wednesday: Chest
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Biceps/tris

    The one above is my current plan, I don't feel I'm overtraining as I'm not too sore the days after, most of the time.

    Just noticed mate...the thread above this one...the OP wants to know if training 1 bodypart a day is enough and you want to know the exact oposite...
