Not trying to confuse you, lol. No no,Im not using this. I just wanted some opinions on this.

Im on a pretty standard 5 day split.

But If I trained light day/heavy day every other workout.
Switching up exercises, temo on reps, volum, reps etc, would they still dont grow more?

Only gonna try this for 4 weeks, depends on what answers I get.
Am I way off, please tell me.

youd honestly see bigger arm growth doing this

    mon- legs

    wed-back

    fri-chest

i bet youd have more arm development using this and not even working out arms

youd honestly see bigger arm growth doing this, and not even designating a day for biceps or triceps.

    mon- legs

    wed-back

    fri-chest

well, i wouldnt run that split if your looking to get your arms bigger, but simply stating that that workout would be more effective. try comprising a 4 day split with a day designated to arms.
