HACK SQUATS>works on the quad sweep like no other that I know of!!
when I'm doing the hacks what about feet position
A wide stance works the inner leg, and a narrow stance hits the outer thigh. Also with legs extensons point your toes in slightly works more the outer quad, pointed out does the tear drop.
