    Question basic workout technique question

    ok lets say im lifting a heavy barbel (heavy to my physical status) should i be breathing in or out as im pushing up? and same question for dumbbells, as im lifting it is it best to be breathing in or out? also would like to know the answer for squats leg lifts and so on =)

    its universal, exhale on the (positive), inhale on the (negative)
