    shoulder routine

    Need some critique on my shoulder routine. I've decided to go with a five day split and split shoulder and chest to different days. Anyone got any ideas for good shoulder routine.
    I'm thinking:
    Millitary press 4 sets
    Dumbell Laterial Raises 4 sets
    Dumbell shrugs 4 sets

    i really don't know that many exercises so if u got a good shoulder routine share please. I promise ill tell everyone i work out with and give you no credit

    add an exercise for the rear delt and I think you'll be good to go. bent over dumbbell laterals are good, bent over cables, etc....

    Looks like a solid routine but like reed says add a rear delt movement
    unless you do rear delts on back day

    I have found reverse flyes are a good choice as they dont really allow you to cheat.
