Need some critique on my shoulder routine. I've decided to go with a five day split and split shoulder and chest to different days. Anyone got any ideas for good shoulder routine.
I'm thinking:
Millitary press 4 sets
Dumbell Laterial Raises 4 sets
Dumbell shrugs 4 sets
i really don't know that many exercises so if u got a good shoulder routine share please. I promise ill tell everyone i work out with and give you no credit![]()
