what's up guys..
I've been doing standard deadlifts using all 25 lbs weights(height) to increase range of motion.
My question for all you deadlift guru's. Do you believe it's better to deadlift on top of a 2 inch board which is equal to using 25 lbs weight from floor.. or to use the standard 45 lbs weights for muscle mass?
Please give me your opinions... thank you guys...
