    Age- 22
    Wght- 165
    Hgt- 5'9"
    B/F- 7.7
    Iv'e been training hard for two years now. I eat healthy with a decent diet but nothing super strict. I work my abs every other day and do cardio 3 times a week for 30mins, I'm at the gym 6 days a wk for 90min. I cant seem to shred my abs. Any help or suggestions will be awesome.

    post upo your diet and your doing abs too much IMO

    By doing abs to much do you think im making it worse? Should I be doing cardio at the begining or end of my workout?

    ill send you the link about cardio. as far as doing abs, it will not make your abs show any more per se, they are there but are under the fat. however, you may be overtraining the muscle, its hard to tell because i dont know whether your digressing in core strength. try once to twice a week 5-6 sets weighted crunches.
