Iv'e been training hard for two years now. I eat healthy with a decent diet but nothing super strict. I work my abs every other day and do cardio 3 times a week for 30mins, I'm at the gym 6 days a wk for 90min. I cant seem to shred my abs. Any help or suggestions will be awesome.
