    Post Hit?

    Can someone help designing a 30 min workout for me?

    The workout is; 1.chest,shoulders,tri. 2.Back,bi. 3.Legs.

    Im all for drop sets,rest-pause etc.

    This is for my pct training.

    Just to make things clear,its not me in the avatar. But I think you both kinda knew that.
