    strength fluctuations??

    Hey bros, just wondering if any of you experienced slight variations in strength from one week to another? Obviously with diet alterations it is more common, but My diet has not changed.

    There are so many variable to account for and i imagine we have all experienced certain circumstances that created a fluctuation of strength. I.e., lack of sleep, overtraining, drinking, stress, etc.

    Although I typically dont fluctuate, presence of these above factors do have such an effect

    time of day has alot to do with my strength.

    diet, rest and over training are the main reasons...

    i do powerlifting and i find sometimes something as simple as how i sleep can effect my strength... and always remember over training does always mean lifting too much. it can just mean lifting too much when attached to the other stresses in your life at the time.
