Anyone ? Bueller ? Well, anyway was looking to hit the abs toward the upper side. Most of the ones I use target the lowers
this one is a dog but is probly hard on your shoulders because of the range of motion but grab a 25lb plate, hold it in both hands and let your arms hang in front of you so there pretty much in front of your groin. Now swing it up above your head keeping the arms straight ( just a slight bend in the elbows),when it gets above your head swing it back down as fast as you can and then wen you reach back to where you started swing it up again without stopping and do about 20 reps. I feel this alot in my upper abs the key is to swing it up and down as fast as you can. Like i said tho its probly a big no no for shoulders im guessing?
I find hanging from a bar and pulling my knees up good for the top of the abs.
