Is This Method Just Daft
Is it good doing one body part a day like blow
the idea is that i work the body part by doing 3x12 sets of each exercise i do. So for biceps i will do in total like 6 different exercise
Monday - Biceps - Light cardio after
Tuesday - Shoulders - Light cardio after
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Chest - Light cardio after
Friday - Triceps - Light cardio after
Saturday - Back - Light cardio after
or do i just do two body parts a day

That routine is terrible lol, i dont see legs there and having a day for triceps and then a day for biceps is a no no...

I thought it was lol
so what are we saying then, do like bicep and chest the same day and like shoulder and triceps the same day

combine delts biceps and triceps.. do 4 day split.. and throw in LEGS!

could try a four day split like this and see if it works for you. if not try something else.
Monday - Chest, Biceps
Tuesday - Legs, Abbs
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - Shoulders, Tri's
Friday - Back
i just noticed u didnt add Legs in??

the problem i have is that i need to do more cardio to loose a bit of fat
so wanting to at least have two good cardio days
my legs are rather big anyways so i just don't want them getting any bigger as i used to bike a lot when i was younger

Legs are to be trained. They're big muscles and will burn alot of fat.
