I'm 21 Y/O, 5'11",175lbs, and roughly 7-8% body fat.I've been training religously for about 3-years. My goal here is to put on as much muscle mass as possible. My diet is good i just want to make sure i have a good solid routine dedicated to strictly bulking. here is a routine i found that im thinking about starting mon. just want to have someone more experienced check it out and let me know what they think about it as far as a strictly bulking routine goes thanks in advance for the help.!
