    Where do you get sore when deadlifting?

    Where do you get sore when deadlifting?
    The day, or the second day after.

    In the lower back region?ore i
    Traps?
    Midle back?

    I've left out deadlifting on my regime for a while now, and now I am back doing them. So I got really sore in my middle/lower trap area, which I will not normally get. Seems right or what?

    It's a good feeling anyway

    yup..usually around my traps and hamstrings if you're doing the deadlift from a deficit start [meaning dead-lifting from smaller plates in diameter or on top of a 1,2,4 inch board box].

    Back when I used to do regular Deads my Loxwer back and traps used to kill me the next day.

    Now I just do SLDL on Hami day.

    At the moment no regular deads because I used too get back pain, and not the GOOD pain lol. I'll probably reintroduce them later on.

    But yeah, Deads and SLDL definately hit the traps hard. The day after my hamstring day My traps are always sore

    hamis and middle back mainly - a little traps but i dont think im locking my shoulders back which is bad and the reason my traps arent recruited much .. surprise surpise ive also just started having shoulder problems haha probly somethin to do with this

    I get some real good forearm soreness from them, along with lower/middle back

    def lower back and hammies.. not sure about traps coz i work them after anyway.

    i only do rack deads now and it's made a huge difference in my traps.....my lower traps and lower back get sore the most

    I get the middle and lower back and a little in the hamstrings.

    I usually switch back and forth from racked deads to full deads and I get sore in the same spots (traps, mid-back) but hams only get sore on full deads.

    I guess I'm a retard . I scrape the front of my shins 1/2 the time . Other than that my whole body just aches next day or so .
