Ok Im a little troubled by whats going on with my flat bench. I usually do 135 warmup x10-12, then 225 for 10-12, and then 315 for whatever and then MAX. on max days.
Ok so today I work up to 315 and do it an easy 12 times(could have done maybe 15 but stopped), so I decide to max and got 405 up for one (bustin a nut basically doing it).
My question is am I lifting too much before my max? I'm doing pyramids on just about all my pushing exercises so i work to 315 or 405 and then back to 225 for as many as possible.
Seems to me I should be maxing more what do you think?
