Just wondering overall everyones feelings on rest days in regards to how many? growth? and overcoming lagging body parts? I hear a lot of different things and im sure everyones body is different, However i hear anyhitng from lifting 6 days a week with 1 rest day to as much as 3 or 4 rest days a week.
