    Some quick newbie questions

I was wondering if people perform heavy dead lifts every week or do they go light for a certain amount of weeks and then heavy again? Also, how long does it generally take to drop about 4% body fat? I know it's very random but I was just wondering.

Oh I see..do you throw in another exercise on the week you don't do deads? Would it be fine if I did heavy deads every week or no?

well without deads im lower than 12 sets per back regardless. you can but i find it to be extremely demanding and frankly my longevity is more important in exercise.. im pretty prone to finding an injury somehow

I only do deads EOW myself. I have a bad back and my back loves the rest!
I also only do 2-3 sets when I do them! I do real strict form and feel even though i should do more, with a bad back, I am honestly lucky I get myself to do them at all!
