    gettin trim!

21 year old at roughly 100kg and 6ft, train every other day doing the suggested workout on this site and also box and play rugby. after reading this forum at any opportunity ive decided 2 hold off on taking gear until im a bit older and wiser as everyone seems to think thats a better option.

ok ive been eatin healthy and working hard but i cant shift my weight so im obviously doin something wrong! if i was 2 follow the right kind of strict program what could i potentially lose and in how long? also any advice on diet and cardio would be appreciated. realise this will seem well basic 2 some of the experienced guys but we all started somewhere. thanks for any help...

go to the diet section and set up a diet.

your only going to be doing weights to maintain your muscle mass so you dont need anything special for that.

do cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach and PWO. one or the other or both.

DIET and CARDIO will be your only 2 friends if you want to cut.

your in the zone when your losing 0.5-1 kg/week. what bf% are you? your going to need to know to put together an accurate diet.

cardio try a light jog early morning on a empty stomach for 20 to 30 mins, lower your carbs and eat plenty of lean protein.

PWO means after your weight traing session.
