    Im so confused about cardio...

I always thought that hiit cardio is better for dropping bodyfat..but I've been hearing otherwise..I personally do hiit cardio 3-4times a week in the am for 20 Mins. I walk first five minutes and then 30 sec sprint/30 sec walk.

HIIT works well but most prefer the longer lower intensity variety for muscle sparing purposes. Personally I think HIIT is very good until you get sub 10% BF then lower intensity/longer duration makes more sense.

also have another question..I've been cutting for about three weeks now and I've been doing hiit cardio 4-5 times a week. Should I cut down my cardio to about 3 times a week so that when I hit a plateu I could get over it by doing cardio 4-5 times a week?

Ok so I figured that.doing low intensity cardio in the am about 3-4 times a week would ne the best for fat loss and preserving muscle.

But I thoought low intensity and keeping your heart rate around 60% is more beneficial for fat loss..btw I've been doing hiit for twenty minutes the past three weeks in the am. I don't know how harmful that would be for muscle preservation.

OK, so ive come to the conclusion that I will be doing 45 mins of cardio in the morning and 20 minutes of cardio pwo. Is it fine if i take glutamine in the morning and before my pwo cardio instead of bcaa's?
