    Lat Help

I attached a picture but I'd appreciate some advice on how to improve my lat region. I'm having trouble widening them and would like to hear some of ''your guys' '' ideas on lat work-outs.

yup, pull ups varying the width of the grip. Back is my best muscle and I like to go wide on most of my pulldown movements

I love me some back exercises. Straight arm pushdowns on the machine are good too. Won't do much for any athletic ability, but do add some width to your lats. Nice as a change of pace from time to time

Try doing lat stretching before and during your workout. Jay Cutler does them in his videos. Its supposed to help growth, and try dumbbell pullovers aswell.
Combine my tips with heavy basic compound movements for your lats.

deads, BB rows, and chins. I include 1 of those in every back workout.

No offense to what some of the guys said above, but I wouldn't do straight arm push downs or dumbell pullovers for back...maybe ever. Deadlifts, barbell rows, chin ups, and quality food is the key.
