if I'm pushing sleds, flipping tires, throwing kegs, and doing farmers walks for cardio/fat loss so that I don't lose muscle mass...how many days a week can I do this without overtraing?

In my opinion nobody can say you how much is overtraining to you. You should discover it by yourself, observing your body. If at a beginning of workout you feel tired, you'll be in overtraining.
should I do certain events on certain days...ie...keg throws on shoulder or sleds on leg day only...?
