I'm looking for ideas on leg exercises to TONE up my legs.
I'm not trying to put muscle on my legs - just want to get rid of the body fat on them.
I was thinking something like this:
First I would go jogging for 30-45minutes
Then I would go to the gym....
8 sets of wide legged squats with a light weight. Having very good form.
5 sets of hip abduction (burn fat off my butt)
and 3 sets of leg curls.
how does that sound?
Like I said - I'm just doing it to burn fat off my legs. I'm not interested in having ultra strong legs.
