Am I hitting cardio to hard?

So it's been about 3 weeks since I started cutting. Started smoking in college (both) and was afraid that it would take forever for my cardio to come back. First day ran 5 10 minute miles, and was huffing and puffing but I'm finally back.

Now I start off with 8:30 miles and increase the speed after each mile with about a 1 minute break between each mile.

I'm just wondering if I'm cutting to hard. Workouts go like this (have no off day besides the pure cardio day)

Day 1: 3 sets of back, 3 sets of bi, about 4 and a half miles in 40 minutes

Day: 2: 3 sets of chest, 3 sets of tri, 4 and a half miles

Day 3: 3 sets of shoulders, extra abs, 5 miles (always throw a little extra in since I've stopped doing legs while cutting since I run everyday)

Day 4: Have only ran this far once, but I did 7 miles in an hour. Day 4 will always be about an hour of cardio.

I'm 19 and weigh about 183 at the moment. Not sure about my BF% but it's prob around 12-13

id definately add a leg day in to your routine....miss cardio and add legs....maybe buy a heart rate monitor and keep your heart rate at a certain BPM...for your age...and for whatever goal your aiming for..

you still have to do legs mate. on leg day do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. make your leg day cheat day on your diet. after your am cardio get a good 100g carbs in your body before you do youe leg session. The next day will be total rest day.

Theres 3500cals in a pound of fat so you need to create this deficit per week to loose that amount.
