Been at it for about 3 weeks now. Anybody have any input who has tried this. I do it with just about all my lifts. The pump is incredible. Using the same weight for all 3 sets. Im gonna try it for a few more weeks before I go back to my old routine.

it depends on how you're lifting if your lifting heavy you should give it at least 2 minutes in between reps, if you're lifting light only 1 minute between
I train the same way but I superset everything gradually adding the weight.
Example : chest/biceps/abs - DB presses supersetted w/dumbell curls, supersetted by hanging leg raises, no rest, hit it again.
Consider the fact that my chest is resting when Im doing biceps and abs; this is my rest period.
I love it because I get a great pump, strength gradually improves, risk of injury is low, and Im in and out in no time.
I like to take more time in between sets for heavy compound lifts like Squats and Dead Lifts for example.
anyone wanna post a full workout? im preping for a comp i need some shit to shred me like a demon....
if your goin heavy for strength and bulk rest period should be 2-3 1/2 no less or more. i do three to 3 and 1/2 minutes rest

For the longest time I have worked my way up to one balls to the wall all out set on my big lifts. It worked great for a long time.
Needed some change
