what routine are you using now?
i tri set everything eg
chest- incline db 3 rep, flat db hammer grip 10 rep, cable cross overs 20 rep.
2sets. 3 min break
back- seated row 3 rep, lat pulldown behind neck 10 rep, wide grip upright row 20 rep.
2sets. 3 min break
shoulders- seated machine press 3 rep, behind the back shrug 10 rep, strait arm lateral raise (light weight no cheating) 20 reps.
2sets. 3 min break
bi- bb curls 3reps, preacher curls 10 reps, cable curls 20 rep
2 sets. 3 min break
tri's- sculls 3 reps, rope over heads 10, rope pushdowns 20 rep.
2 sets 3min break
legs- sumo leg press 10, leg ext 20 reps.
2sets 3min break
monday- chest tris shoulders
tuesday- back bi legs
wednesday- rest
thurs- chest tris shoulders
fri -back bi legs
sat- rest
sun- rest
Hey man...i didnt realise you are training for a show....ul prob be better off getting help off fireguy or reed....they both do shows....theyl be able to tell you if you need a specific type of training to get ready for your show....good luck in your show.
ive been looking into...rest pause training...5x5 training and OVT training...they are the 3 i like most off of pinacles training sticky...take a look mate might be of some use.

rest pause is great so is 5x5 i have done both. rest pause would be one of the hardest programs ever invented i think.
