I have read Rowlands sticky....good read and even chatted with him but yet to try......considering the option now. I noticed not to many members post the workouts based on his suggestions.....maybe because its more of program
meaning set a start and finish date. I am curious about this idea of workout....this is only chest but most will get where I am getting too, same body part twice a week
