Leg lifts and Cardio
Hi,
I am looking to lose weight; body fat.
The form of cardio I use and enjoy is jogging. I try to go for atleast 30 minutes, but longer if I can hold out... I would like to get up to 60min
(I am just recently getting back into cardio)
I try to do this 6 days a week.
One of my goals is to lose body fat on my legs.
I am asking -
would doing leg lifts make a difference in burning fat?
Like - would squats, leg curls, hipabduction, etc help burn fat off my legs any more than jogging and NOT doing leg lifts?
Also - would doing leg lifts increase my endurance? (how long I can jog)?
My goals are just to decrease body fat and increase my endurance, so I can jog longer.
thanks

I would be doing both, leg exercises and cardio.
