i currently train kickboxing 4 nights a week and want to do 2 nights of weights and have 1 whole day off...
in those 2 days i need to train all body parts. What would be the best split to do for just 2 days?

Day1:
Tri
Back
Hamstrings
Calves
Day2:
Quad
Bi
Chest
Shoulder
Abs
You can also do that
Day1:
Morning:legs
Afternoon:Arms
Day2:
Back and chest
upper body and a lower body split
i used to box and do the weights...thats why i asked what days....i used to have a good weight routine...but you couldnt do it 2 days in a row....go with what eatrainrest said above....upper body on the friday and lower body saturday....rest sunday..

legs, calves, back, biceps
u can do traps on either day, ur choice but reccomended u do it on shoulder day
this split should prevent overtraining, since shoulders, chest triceps and frontal delt are pushing muscles, so work tyhem together
legs and calves are also togther, the back is placed with legs coz IF ur doing deadlifts this does stimulate ur back muscles, so might aswell do back on that day
biceps are on back day, becuase if they are worked on another day, they will be fatigued and u will have a shitty back workout, and overtrain ur biceps, since ur workout are only a day apart its best u put ur biceps on ur back day, and ur triceps on ur chet day
