    getting rid of belly fat ??

    whats the best way ??

    i do at least 40 mins of cardio evry time
    im in the gym (5 days a week)

    is there anything else i could be doing
    do speed this up a bit ?

    Empty stomache cardio...a.m....do cardio sat and sunday aswell....make sure your diet is good....

    You can't really do anything to specifically get rid of fat in the belly. Your body takes fat fairly evenly throughout, but depending on your genetics it may store or deplete more fat in one area more than another. To lose the belly fat you just have to keep losing fat and eventually it'll come off.

    cutting some carbs and just up your protein even higher
