bb press
incline bb press
incline flyes
4 sets 8-10 reps
back and traps
chins
t bar row
seated rows
deadlifts
db shrugs
close grip upright rows
4 sets 8-10reps
shoulders, abs and calves
military presses
side lateral raises
bent over raises
4 sets 8-10reps
abs and calves it's up to you...
arms and forearms
bb curls
alternate db curls
concentration curls
dips
close grip bench press
pull down
3 sets 8-10 reps
front and reverse curls
3 sets 15,12,10 reps
legs and abs
squats
leg press
lunges
leg curls
stiff leg deadlifts
4 sets 12,10,8,6 reps
days off do low intensity cardio 40mins max.
always do warm up sets high reps light weights!
